We ship goods to all areas of European Union once payment has been cleared. Outside Europe please contact us at +44 1952 255669 or you can also send as an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.

 

Shipping & Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch your orders the next working day. Therefore, orders placed after 9pm on a Thursday and over the weekend will normally be dispatch the following Monday.

If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.

We normally use Royal Mail, though larger orders are shipped by courier.

Standard Delivery Service (Using Royal Mail Service) - within 1 to 3 working days

A Signature will be required on delivery of your goods supplied by courier. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken.

We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.

If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £10 charged to cover packing and administration cost.

If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost with Royal Mail. Please do allow up to four weeks for Royal Mail to confirm the lost.
