Books will be sent by mail to the address given provided the appropriate shipping costs have been selected. Current rates are 2GBP for addresses within Europe and 6GBP for elsewhere.
Despatch will normally take place within four working days, although this will be greater during holiday periods.
You may return books that are damaged on receipt, or if the wrong book has been a result of a packing error. Such items much be returned to our Telford address within 21 days of delivery in the original packaging and enclosing the relevant invoice (or copy) marked with the reason for return. The item will be replaced and postage refunded within 21 days. You will advised by e-mail where necessary.
